Hotels

Rooms have been pre-booked at Hotel Ours Blanc. Three hotels are available, two, three or four stars. They are all located in the city center, close to Place Wilson.

Access from the airport is direct using the shuttle (every 20 min, about 20 min of travel). The hotels are walking distance from the train station (or one stop with the metro).

Going to LAAS-CNRS (and back)

We may organize a shuttle service from the city center and back. We will make a pool for that.

From the city center, take the subway line B to Faculté de Pharmacie, and from there walk to the lab (use your phone for directions, 20 minutes walk). Or take a city bike and drive along the canal to the lab (20 min bike from the city center, easy, clean and flat ride, perfect before morning session).

From and to the airport, the taxi is definitely the best option to reach LAAS-CNRS. Alternatively, use the tram to Palais de Justice and the metro (line B).

Dinner

We will organize a dinner downtown on the 24th evening (by invitation only). Details to be addedd.

If you arrive on the 23th, please tell us and we will propose something for dinner as well.
